Charlotte Lange, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist | Women’s Health & Pelvic Floor Therapist
Charlotte has lived in the Cincinnati area since she was 3, claiming this as “home”. She played many sports when she was young, but has always had a passion for dance. She started dancing competitively at age 10 and fell in love with the high energy and quick pace of hip hop, jazz, and pom. She danced through her senior year of high school, earning many National championships, and even a World Championship. It was through her own injuries related to dance that she found PT.
She attended University of Tennessee, where she obtained her Bachelors in Kinesiology. She then went on to Ohio State University for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Through clinical experiences during PT school, she had the opportunity to guide dancers and other performing artists through their rehab process. Prior to joining the Mobility Fit Team, Charlotte worked for an outpatient and sports medicine practice where she had the opportunity to work with high school and college-aged athletes as well as those with various other orthopedic-related injuries. She loves having the opportunity to see people through their rehab process and getting them back to their desired sport or activity.
Charlotte’s love of dance kept her at the dance studio where she previously worked with recreational classes and competitive teams. Though not currently coaching, she still enjoys spending time at the studio and helping out when needed. In her free time she enjoys weekend excursions with her husband, boating on Lake Cumberland, spending time with family/friends, and eating tacos & ice cream.
