Kelsey Grib-Harm PT, DPT, OCS
Doctor of Physical Therapy | Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist
Kelsey was born and raised in a suburb of Philadelphia. She spent her childhood playing many different sports and found a love for soccer and cross country while in high school. After watching multiple teammates experience injuries and struggle getting back on the field, she decided to pursue a career in physical therapy. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology- Allied Health Sciences from Bloomsburg University (2013). This is also where Kelsey competed at the NCAA D2 level for cross country, indoor, and outdoor track and field. She moved back to the Philadelphia area for Physical Therapy school where she attended Arcadia University (2016).
After graduating with her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy, Kelsey moved to Lexington, KY to complete a residency in Orthopedics and fellowship in Spine. During her time there she was able to grow as a clinician with the focus being on developing advanced clinical reasoning, manual techniques, movement assessment, and understanding of pain sciences. When her husband was offered a position to work at Wright Patterson Airforce Base in 2019, they relocated to Dayton.
She loves helping her clients’ learn about their bodies and empower them to take control of their healing process. Her passion is still to get people back to what they love doing, whatever that may be.
Kelsey currently lives in Washington Township with her husband and her dog. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, spending time with family, visiting the Jersey Shore, and running. She still loves competing in road races with the half marathon being her favorite distance.
