Blood flow restriction

Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) is a game changer for injury recovery and produces tremendous results in the performance training realm as well. BFR utilizes a highly specialized medical tourniquet system that reduces the amount of blood flow to the injured area, while performing predetermined exercise protocols. As a result, clients are able to lift very light weights (often just body weight), while still receiving the same muscular benefits as lifting heavy. In the injury recovery setting, this is a crucial component to the recovery process because BFR helps to increase strength, hypertrophy, and endurance of the muscles.

One session, no commitments – $20 (15 minute session)

The five pack
Five sessions – $15/session | $75 total ($25 savings compared to the Pop In)

The ten pack
Ten sessions – $12.50/session | $125 total ($75 savings compared to the Pop In)

The twenty pack
Twenty sessions – $10/session | $200 ($200 savings compared to the Pop In)

**All plans are for a fifteen minute BFR session. The packages expire 12 months from the purchase date.
