Jenna Lyons, PT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Jenna Lyons

Jenna grew up on the east side of Cincinnati, but currently resides on the west side with her husband, Patrick, and their dog, Gunner. Growing up, Jenna was active in volleyball, swimming, diving, soccer, and lacrosse. While attending Ursuline Academy, she discovered her passion for field hockey and added marathon training during her off seasons. She continued to play field hockey and run marathons while attending the University of Dayton and earned her bachelor’s degree in Pre-Physical Therapy.

Jenna continued her studies at the University of Dayton upon acceptance into the Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2017. Jenna’s doctoral studies included working with a wide variety of patients such as geriatrics, high school, collegiate, semi-professional and Olympic athletes. She also had the great opportunity to learn Chinese traditional medicine during an extended stay in Singapore, which inspired her to learn more and certify in Dry Needling techniques.

Jenna’s love for athletics and excelling in her skills as a DPT is what brought her to Mobility Fit. Jenna maintains a highly active lifestyle; participating in daily strength training, CrossFitting, hiking, running and is open to trying all types of workouts. It is for this reason she is excited to work with a diverse group of clients to get them back to what they truly love, no matter the sport or physical activity.

In her free time, Jenna can be found working out at a CrossFit gym, powerlifting in her garage, learning how to play golf from her husband, hanging out with family, traveling the globe, sipping on a cup of coffee, or enjoying an adult beverage cheering on her hometown sports teams FCC, Xavier, UC, Bengals, Reds, or the Dayton Flyers.
