Molly Moorhead, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Eric Simoncelli

Molly grew up in a small town outside of Cincinnati, OH, where she was involved in many different sports, but fell in love with dance, specifically ballet. She trained in this from the age of 3 years old until her freshman year of college. Through dance, she gained a greater respect and love for the intricacies of movement and exercise, as well as an interest in human performance, injury prevention, and injury management. Molly went to Miami University of Ohio for her undergraduate where she was able to participate in two internships for strength and conditioning coaching for athletic performance both through Miami University Athletics and private practice. After Miami, she joined the University of Cincinnati’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program, which she graduated from in 2023. During her clinical experiences, she was fortunate to work with a diverse patient population, which included geriatric veteran care, active duty military members, collegiate dancers, and youth athletes, to name a few. Joining the team at Mobility Fit, Molly is excited to be able to use her skills and passion for exercise, injury management, and return to performance to help her patients get back to what they love to do.

Outside of the clinic, Molly loves being physically active and working on her own health. Molly is an avid distance runner, and loves finding a new race to train for and challenge herself with. Recently, Molly started participating in Crossfit and fell in love with the camaraderie and challenge of the competitive atmosphere and athletic performance component it offers. In addition, you can find her training her new puppy or finding new fun restaurants or breweries to enjoy in the Cincinnati and Dayton area.
